These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duct Divers MI LLC (“Duct Divers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your booking of dryer vent cleaning, inspection, repair, or rebuild services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide dryer vent cleaning, inspection, repair, and rebuild services to homeowners in Royal Oak, Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties, Michigan. Exact pricing, availability, and scope of work are confirmed at the time of booking or on arrival, and may vary based on the condition of your vent system.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments booked through our website, by phone, or with a sales representative are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis for the date and time slot selected. We'll confirm your appointment by email and send a reminder before your scheduled visit. Please make sure the address, contact information, and access instructions you provide are accurate so our technician can complete the job as scheduled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do this by calling or emailing us using the contact information below.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in a trip fee or a requirement to prepay for future appointments, at our discretion.

4. Payment

No payment is required to book an appointment. Payment is due upon completion of the service, using one of the accepted methods offered by our technician at the time (for example, card, cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo). Prices quoted during booking are estimates and may be adjusted if the technician identifies additional work needed once on site — we'll always let you know before performing any work beyond what was originally booked.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue directly caused by our workmanship on a completed job, contact us within 30 daysof the service date and we'll make it right at no additional charge. This warranty covers our workmanship only — it does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from the age or condition of your existing vent, dryer, or ductwork that were outside the agreed scope of work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Other than the workmanship warranty above, our services are provided “as is,” without any other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all possible dryer-related fires or hazards — proper dryer vent maintenance reduces risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duct Divers' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to book or use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
